This website is operated by Nuvexis Labs Pvt Ltd under the Ideolyst brand (“we”). This policy covers what we collect on this site and why. Client engagements are governed by their own contract and data processing terms.
What we collect
The details you type into our enquiry forms:
- Client enquiry (Contact): name, work email, company, role, enquiry type, the process you want to change and your timeline.
- Builder waitlist (Builders): name, email, product link, what you have built and the gap you need filled.
We use these details only to reply to you, and for the builder waitlist, to tell you when the first cohort opens.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not run optional analytics or advertising scripts, set tracking cookies, or save campaign tags or browsing history in browser storage.
If you choose to discuss a case study, its reference is included in your enquiry so we can understand your request. We also use your IP address temporarily to limit repeated submissions.
Where data goes
Form submissions are emailed to us through Resend and kept in our mailbox. We do not sell enquiry details. Our hosting and email providers process data to operate the website and deliver your message.
Failed-send diagnostics are kept in short-term hosting logs on Vercel. These contain a reference ID, form kind and error type, without the message body or contact details.
How long we keep it
Deleted on request, otherwise 24 months from your last message to us.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw your consent, and raise a grievance. Write to sales@ideolyst.com and we reply within 30 days.
